Core Strengthening, Handstand and Inversion Practices

A yoga based program designed to take you to the edge of your ability and show you to go one step further in your handstand and inversion practices.

Understanding strength basics like straight arm scapula strength, muscle recruitment, muscle engagement, core strength and stability, and overall body alignment are very important for inversion practices like handstands, headstands, forearm stand, crow pose, high plank, low plank…

This workout program aims to maximize the development of core strength, endurance, arm and shoulder balance, and gain confidence to overcome inversions fear.
Practitioners especially learn how to keep the mind and the body stable by using the correct breathing technique.
And you will gradually gain the knowledge how to engage the core muscles, move the shoulder blades and activate the muscles around them.

Not only you are going to be proud of how you look, how you feel, how much stronger you become but these yoga and bodyweight workouts are fun.

These bodyweight and yoga transitions are designed to push you to your limits!

All levels welcome!

Note: This workshop is a workout based on static holds and some high repetitions, not a yoga practice!
